This time I went in a totally different direction to the traditional tamale. I removed the masa and replaced it with couscous that also featured corn, mint, carrots and red bell peppers. The chicken was lightly pan fried with some onions, garlic, and a dash of IPA. P.S. The banana leafs gave it a great flavor once they where done being steamed for 40 minutes.
After the meal is finished and your appetite is satisfied it’s time to say a short prayer to thank God. Thank you God for the chance to gain more wisdom on a daily basis. Help me to choose your ways and to do what is pleasing to you.
