Order Up : Shrimp, Tilapia, and Oyster Ceviche mixed with avocado, cucumber, jalapeno and onion
Today the flavors of the sea where calling me to make something flavorful, light and fresh. Plus I wanted to remove some of the carbohydrates from my daily regimen. Well shall we get to work…?
To get the sea food ready to serve start by washing the shrimp, tilapia, and oysters under cold water. Once clean submerge them in a small tub with lemon juice for 6-8 hours.
About an hour before I’m ready to serve I start by chopping the onion, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and queso fresco. Now just mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.
After the meal is finished and your appetite is satisfied, it’s time to say a short prayer to thank God. Thank you God for my fellow men and woman of planet earth. For they have shown me the strength and greatness of men and the tenderness of a woman’s wisdom and gracefulness. Each day I am blessed to grow with the gifts you bestow through all of our actions and words.
