Lemon Swai fillet topped over a bed of Naga Noodles

Order up : Lemon Swai fillet topped over a bed of Naga noodles

I was watching the Food Network when they where steaming burgers on a flat top grill and I said to myself. I think I could do that with fish, and since I didn’t have any tuna I wanted to do a heavy pepper and spice seasoning to kick up the flavor just a notch.

Before you even start with preparing the fish with spices you will need to soak it in lemon juice to take any gamey flavor out of the fish. Wait about 20 minutes and then rinse with water. Now your ready to pan fry.

After steaming the pepper/parsley/oregano seasoned fish to a perfect tenderness(this took around 8- 10 minutes depending on how high your flame is set and the time constraints for feeding your family) I decided to place them on top of my Naga(Serpent) Noodles. OMG these noodles are the true hell fire that not even the Devil himself would eat. I used The Ghost chili/powder, Black Mamba concentrate and 2 habanero’s, and some onions, red and green bell peppers. On this dish I definitely scored some Macho points for this dish. If the heat is to hot make sure you have a bowl of ice cream ready.

After the meal is finished and your appetite is satisfied it’s time to say a short prayer to thank God. Thank you God for this super hot dish of noodles. May you please help with the digestion of these hell fire noodles, and in my daily life help me as I deal with each moment that passes that I think is too difficult to handle.

Have a great day!
