This last week I’ve been painting and wanted to apply some of my painting designs in my food dishes.

What better way to continue the artistic talent then to work with some Eggplant Gravy. To begin you will need to cut and dice your eggplant into long thin cut slices for frying. Only place about 1/2 an inch of oil in a 10″ pan to fry all of the eggplant slices. Once fried place into a blender which you will also add your roux, and some variations of spices, and ginger. Soon you will have some delicious gravy in less than 3 minutes.

Next scramble your eggs with a dash of almond milk and mix, place the egg in a 10″pan and set the flame to low. Flip and roll egg with chop sticks and top with steak that you’ve marinated in butter(6tbs)+thyme+basil spices.

After the meal is finished and your appetite is satisfied, it’s time to say a short prayer to thank God. Thank you God for the knowledge to know right from wrong. For the blessings that you bestow in my daily life, and for another day with the people that I love in my life.
